Personal information we collect

The 21VPN networkThe core of our service is established by the 21VPN - Virtual Private Network also referred as (”VPN”) which provides private and secure data transmission. If you are using the VPN, we route your Internet traffic through our network. Our client establishes and maintains an encrypted tunnel between your device and our network.
Personal information we collectThe 21VPN network does no log any information about transmitted traffic. Except for the limited exceptions below, we do not collect any information transmitted through our network. More specifically, we do not collect any information regarding the websites you visit or the IP addresses assigned to you when you access the 21VPN Private Network, and with respect to our VPN service, we do not collect any data stored on or transmitted from your device, including any data that applications on your device may transmit through our network.
How do we manage your personal information?We automatically collect certain non-personal information from Users. For instance, 21VPN assigns a unique identifier to each User of the Service, but 21VPN does not tie these unique identifiers to the Personal Information of Users. When you use the Service, 21VPN will check your account information, determine the level of service you have signed up for before establishing your VPN connection. Your account information is not associated with your online activities when using 21VPN.
About 21VPN VIPWhen you become a VIP user of the Service, device ID and IP location address included, will be collected to setup a separate VIP account and for VIP verification.
Ensuring the quality of productWhen you experience a problem, we may contact you to collect the specific information such as unique device ID, device type, browser type, and operating system type. Those are helpful to solve problems and improve product experience.
Quality analysisWhen you become a user of the Service, we will collect the statistic about users’ behavior and location. By learning and analyzing the statistic, we can improve the service.
